Terms and Conditions for JY Sound Services

1. Service Scope
JY Sound Services provides professional sound system setup and live audio support for small to medium-sized events.
2. Equipment and Operation
The Provider shall supply and operate all necessary sound equipment, including main speakers, subwoofers, monitors, mixers, microphones, and stands, as per the agreed package. All equipment remains the property of JY Sound Services and must be handled solely by Provider personnel unless otherwise authorized.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including location, schedule, and power availability. Adequate setup and breakdown time must be scheduled before and after the event. Any delay not caused by the Provider may result in additional charges.
4. Booking and Payment
Services must be reserved with a signed agreement and/or deposit. Full payment is due before or on the event day unless otherwise stated in the agreement. Cancellation within 72 hours of the event may incur a cancellation fee.
5. Parking and Access
The Client must ensure that free and convenient parking is available for Provider vehicles close to the setup location. If paid parking is the only option, all parking costs must be covered by the Client. Easy load-in/load-out access is required to avoid equipment delays or service disruption. If proper access is not provided, additional fees may apply.
6. Company Right to Cancel
JY Sound Services reserves the right to cancel a booking under the following conditions:
Inaccurate or incomplete event information provided by the Client
Unsafe or hazardous working conditions
Non-payment or failure to meet agreed terms
Weather or environmental conditions that could endanger personnel or equipment
In such cases, any deposits may be refunded at the company’s discretion, minus any administrative or preparation fees.
7. Damages and Liability
The Provider is not liable for event delays, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather, venue restrictions, or equipment misuse by unauthorized persons. Any damage to equipment caused by the Client or attendees will be billed to the Client.
8. Sound Level Compliance
The Provider will comply with local noise ordinances and venue rules regarding sound levels. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that sound levels are permitted at the event location.
9. Acceptance
By booking JY Sound Services, the Client agrees to all terms and service conditions outlined above.
